AI features
Two optional AI helpers: ✨ Suggest scores fills a task's factors from its title and notes (you review and apply), and ✨ Plan my focus proposes an ordered focus list. Both use AI credits (Personal Pro and up).
Eisenhower has two optional AI helpers. Both work only from your own real task data, both are advisory — the AI suggests, you decide — and neither ever changes a task on its own.
The AI helpers use AI credits and are available on Personal Pro and up. On the Free plan they show a gentle upgrade prompt instead of running — everything else in Eisenhower stays free.
✨ Suggest scores
When you're editing a task, Suggest scores reads the task's title and notes and proposes values for the ten factors (the five importance factors, the effort estimate, and the three effort factors) plus a one-line rationale.

The suggestion is shown for you to review. Nothing is written until you press Apply, which fills the form fields — you can then adjust anything and Save as usual. If you don't like it, Dismiss it. Because acceptance goes through the normal save, the AI can never overwrite your task behind your back.
It only ever reasons from the words you wrote — it won't invent context, deadlines, or facts that aren't in the title or notes.
✨ Plan my focus
Plan my focus looks at your top-priority open tasks and returns a realistic, ordered focus plan: what to do first, why, and a rough time block for each. It leads with important-and-urgent work, weaves in quick wins, and flags anything that's blocked.

This one is read-only — it's guidance to act on manually in the matrix. Nothing in your task list changes.
Repeat runs are free
Both helpers cache their result. Asking again with the same inputs — the same title and notes, or the same set of tasks — returns the cached answer and doesn't spend a credit a second time. Change the inputs and the AI runs fresh.
If the AI is briefly unavailable, the helper fails gracefully with a "please try again" notice — capture, scoring, and the matrix keep working regardless.
Next: managing tasks.
