Eisenhower — Overview

Eisenhower is a personal priority app inside P3Analytica. You capture the things you need to do, rate how important and how much effort each one is, and the app places every task on the classic urgent × important matrix for you. Nothing is dragged into place by hand — position is computed from what you tell it.

It's a personal app: every task lives in your own personal workspace and is never visible to anyone else — not even an organization admin.

#Who it's for

Anyone with more to do than time to do it. Eisenhower is deliberately opinionated: instead of a flat to-do list where everything looks equally urgent, it separates the genuinely important-and-urgent work from the noise, and surfaces the single thing worth doing right now.

#The idea

The matrix comes from a simple distinction popularized by Dwight D. Eisenhower: urgency (does this need attention soon?) and importance (does it actually matter?) are different questions. Crossing them gives four quadrants:

• Do — important and urgent. Do it now.
• Schedule — important, not urgent. Decide when.
• Delegate — urgent, not important. Hand it off if you can.
• Eliminate — neither. Reconsider whether it's worth doing at all.

#How you use it

1. Capture a task — a title is enough; add a due date if it has one.
2. Score it — rate the importance and effort factors (optional, but scoring is what places the task accurately).
3. Focus — open the matrix and work top-down, starting from Do now.
