Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using P3 Career OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration and Security

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. Subscription Terms

P3 Career OS offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Detailed billing terms, including pricing, trial periods, cancellation, and refund policies, are set forth in our Billing Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written API authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by P3Analytica Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

5.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• P3ANALYTICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P3Analytica Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

9. Termination

9.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the Service settings or by contacting us.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy and Billing Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
