1. Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full Premium features, excluding AI-powered insights. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier unless you subscribe.

3. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe
- We accept major credit and debit cards
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- All prices are in USD
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain full access to paid features until the billing period ends
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier
5. Refund Policy
- During trial: No charge, cancel anytime
- After trial: No refunds for the current billing period
- Annual plans: Refundable within 30 days of purchase; non-refundable after 30 days
6. Data Retention After Cancellation

7. Reactivation
- Pro (within 1 year): $5 one-time reactivation fee plus new subscription
- Pro (after 1 year): Data has been deleted; new account required
- Premium: No reactivation fee; subscribe and all data is immediately available
8. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods — they apply at the next renewal.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, the subscription enters a "past due" state. After 14 days of past due status, the subscription is automatically canceled.
