Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026 · v1.0 · English (French coming — contact us for French)

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs how you may use P3Analytica and its applications (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Engagement. By using the Service you agree to follow it.

1. Lawful, good-faith use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Terms of Engagement. You are responsible for the activity in your account and, for business organizations, for the conduct of the members you invite.

Do not use the Service to store, process, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the privacy or rights of others.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not: • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, other organizations’ data, or our underlying infrastructure (including probing, scanning, or circumventing the access controls and per-organization data isolation that protect every account). • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data or content from the Service except through features we provide for that purpose. • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted for your plan. • Interfere with or disrupt the Service — denial-of-service attempts, flooding, or deliberately overloading our systems or third-party providers. • Introduce malware, or use the Service to distribute it. • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or use another person’s account without authorization.

3. Fair use of AI and metered features

Some applications (for example, AI-assisted features in Career OS) are metered per plan. Do not attempt to evade usage limits, automate abusive volumes of metered actions, or use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content. Plan limits and tier gates are enforced server-side; circumventing them is a breach of this AUP.

4. Contact forms and anti-spam

Our public contact and inquiry forms (for example, the Custom Solutions inquiry form) are for genuine inquiries. Do not submit spam, automated, fraudulent, or abusive submissions. We may rate-limit, filter, or block submissions to protect the Service.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or limit access to an account or organization while we do so. For business organizations, an unpaid or terminated subscription results in the organization being suspended — members lose access while the organization’s data is retained — until the subscription is renewed. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination.

Where required by law, we cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

6. Reporting abuse and security issues

To report abuse or a suspected security vulnerability, contact us at pooria.sedd@p3analytica.com, or see our security contact at /.well-known/security.txt. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to respond before any public disclosure.
